Since first contacting Suzanne, 3 months before my wedding, I have been thoroughly impressed by her dedication, motivation, organisation, enthusiasm and most importantly the results! Every session is varied and no two sessions are the same – she makes exercise fun and enjoyable! The programme that I was given (on handy laminated cards!) to follow in between seeing her, was perfect – fun to do, motivating and it allowed me to record and notice improvements week by week. As a 27 year old woman who spends most of her time in a sedentary office job, I was the kind of person who knew I should exercise, but never managed to make enough time to. I’d gotten into the routine of either working late in the office or going out for dinner with friends and I ended up cancelling my gym membership through lack of use.
However, when I started personal training with Suzanne, things changed around completely. It was amazing to see the improvements you can make in your health by taking regular exercise. My blood pressure, weight and resting heart rate all dropped considerably, and I was really pleased by the progress. Having Suzanne carry out fitness tests was a great motivating factor.
Secondly, Suzanne always made sure our sessions were fun and different, and went out of her way to show me exercises I might never have done before, and to bring in new elements of exercise such as boxing to keep things fresh.
Finally, and most importantly, Suzanne gave me a lot of confidence in my fitness abilities. Always pushing me to try harder through positive motivation and encouragement, I got more out of exercising with Suzanne in three months than I had in the previous ten years. You’d be very lucky to have Suzanne as your personal trainer – snap her up if she has time in her schedule for you!

Since I began training with Suzanne I have seen a definite increase in my fitness level and have had positive comments from friends on my trimmed down shape. The personal workout plan Suzanne has created for me is challenging but can easily fit into my busy schedule and our weekly sessions are a lot of fun.
